Our client needed a complete self-driving behavioral and path planning system for large-scale construction and mining vehicles. The system needed to run onboard the vehicle and safety was paramount.
Adinkra developed a behavior, mapping, and trajectory planning system to allow construction vehicles to autonomously navigate a work site. The system ensured safety and integrated with the vehicle’s CAN-based drive-by-wire system for real-time control.
Our client won millions in new contracts with multi-national heavy equipment manufacturers and is developing a brand new product integrating Adinkra’s technology. Completed in under 6 months. The Challenge part of these two is accurate.
